Taugher appealing the nonresponse of the South Hadley Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 2, 2022, Mr. Taugher requested “… list of all the insurance premiums, per named employee, paid by the Fire District for entire FY 2022 and FY 2023 to-date.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Taugher petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1945, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Taugher with a response dated August 25, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
