See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2022 and July 14, 2022, Mr. O’Brien requested the following records: [1] A list of all management positions in the Commission’s employment from January 1, 2017 to present[;] [2] A list of salaries for these management positions in the Commission’s employment from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021[;] [3] A list of current salaries for these management positions in the Commission’s employment from January 1, 2022, through present, including the recent increases given to Commission’s management employees[;] [4] A list of promotions or changes in titles for management positions from January 2017 to present[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. O’Brien petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1963, was opened as a result. In an email dated August 25, 2022, Mr. O’Brien informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
