Records Access Officer Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place, 20th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Mary Alexandra Houston appealing the response of the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 10, 2022, Ms. Houston requested, “[a]ny and all video surveillance of the C. Carlos Correiro Immigration Detention Center on May 1, 2020 that the Attorney General’s office reviewed for its report titled ‘Investigation into the Events of May 1, 2020 at the C. Carlos Correiro Immigration Detention Center, Unit B, Bristol County Sheriff's Office’ (published 12/15/20).” The AGO responded on August 26, 2022. Unsatisfied with the AGO’s response, Ms. Houston petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1993, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the AGO provided a further response on September 12, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the AGO’s August 26th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
