G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 6, 2022, Mr. Cyr requested “… a copy of the meeting minutes from the special meeting held June 15, 2022 as well as a copy of the recording.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Cyr petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2073, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response to Mr. Cyr on September 21, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Cyr may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
