The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records September 13, 2022 SPR22/2082 John Wallace Business Manager Norfolk County Agricultural High School 400 Main Street Walpole, MA 02081 Dear Mr. Wallace: I have received the petition of Mary Kate McGowan appealing the nonresponse of the Norfolk County Agricultural High School (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 6, 2022, Ms. McGowan requested “…policies and procedures for special education including those stemming from SEPPS …” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. McGowan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2082, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. McGowan with a response dated September 12, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McGowan may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
