L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). As required by law, the Department furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c). On September 12, 2022, Ella Costa, of Chiro Center of Norwood, requested various accident reports. Subsequently, I learned that the request for records has been withdrawn. In an email from Dr. Jared Gailes, of Chiro Center of Norwood, to the Department, Dr. Gailes states that he will “no longer require the requested records from” the Department, and that Ms. Costa has been informed of this. In light of the request for records being withdrawn on September 14, 2022, I decline to opine on this matter. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2)(b).
