Harris Town Clerk Town of Boxborough 29 Middle Road Boxborough, MA 01719 Dear Ms. Harris: I have received the petition of Becky Neville, appealing the response of the Town of Boxborough (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 13, 2022, Ms. Neville requested emails from Select Board members from April 22, 2022, to present. Prior Appeal The requested records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR22/1825 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 22, 2022). In my August 22nd determination, I found that the Town intended on providing a further response to Ms. Neville and closed the appeal. On September 21, 2022, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Neville petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2166, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Neville’s request with a further response sent on September 22, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 21st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Neville may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
