See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 31, 2022, Attorney Labanara requested a motor vehicle accident report at a named intersection. On September 20, 2022, the Department responded. Unsatified with the Department’s response, Attorney Labanara petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2168, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Attorney Labanara’s request with a further response sent on October 4, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s September 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
