The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 5, 2022 SPR22/2168 Robert Sibilio Records Access Officer Framingham Police Department 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Sibilio: I have received the petition of Brendan Labanara, Esq. appealing the response of the Framingham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 31, 2022, Attorney Labanara requested a motor vehicle accident report at a named intersection. On September 20, 2022, the Department responded. Unsatified with the Department’s response, Attorney Labanara petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2168, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Attorney Labanara’s request with a further response sent on October 4, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s September 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Labanara may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Brendan Labanara, Esq.
