See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 24, 2022, Ms. Steiner requested: [1] Any and all emails sent by or received by [three named individuals] from June 21st 2022 through June 24th 2022 on the Burlington School Department’s electronic email system[;] [2] Any and all text messages sent or received using school department issued cell phones between the 3 above name[d] Burlington Public School employees for the time frame listed above[;] [3] Any and all reports, notes, documents, emails, regarding the email that I sent to [a named individual] on June 22, 2022. On July 11, 2022 and September 14, 2022, the School responded. Unsatisfied with the responses, Ms. Steiner petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2215, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response dated October 5, 2022 to Ms. Steiner. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s July 11, 2022 and September 14, 2022 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Steiner may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s October 5, 2022 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
