Dodd Town Clerk Town of Northborough 63 Main Street Northborough, MA 01532 Dear Mr. Dodd: I have received the petition of Amy Poretsky appealing the response of the Town of Northborough (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 13, 2022, Ms. Poretsky requested “. . . [a] copy of the applications for the Fire Station Committee.” On September 27, 2022, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Poretsky petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2219, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on October 13, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Poretsky may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s October 13th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
