See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 14, 2022, Mr. Wood requested the following records: [1] All information on the expiration dates for certification on all LIDAR/Radar guns. Seeking any documentation of a lapse in certification. Seeking the last 2 certifications on each unit the FPD owns. [2] [F]ob entries of the door at the Pelham substation for [named] Lt. [3] [A]ll letters of counselling, or written warnings issued to [named] Lt. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2234, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Wood with a response dated October 6, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
