See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 21, 2022, Mr. Wood requested: [1] [D]ocumentation on all traffic citations for speeding issued by the FPD when radar/lidar guns were utilized between 6/23/2022 and …8/11/2022. Seeking a copy of each citation complete with the license plate number of the offender. [2] [2] [A] list/documentation of all offenders for that violation during that date range and the payment status of the fine, or appeal status. [3] [A]ny emails sent or received by any chief/deputy chief/ or lieutenant when the topic is the certification of radar/lidar guns between date range above. On October 4, 2022, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2254, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response dated October 5, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s October 5, 2022 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s October 5, 2022 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
