The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records October 11, 2022 SPR22/2273 Lorraine A.G. Tarrow, Esq. Records Access Officer Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place, 20th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 11, 2022, Mr. Herman requested “…all communications related to the referral of SPR22/0393 and SPR22/0395 to the Attorney General…” The AGO provided a response on September 26, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response provided, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2273, was opened as a result. In an email dated October 7, 2022, Mr. Herman informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
