Hill appealing the response of the City of Norfolk (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 28, 2022, Mr. Hill requested “[a]ny and all electronic communications (email and text messages) sent from and/or received by, any and all persons employed by, who volunteer for, or are in any way affiliated with, the Town … Senior Center.” The City responded on October 5, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Hill petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2290, was opened as result. In an email dated October 13, 2022, Mr. Hill states, “I have received the records sought under appeal SPR22-2290, and hereby withdraw my appeal filed with the Supervisor of Records.” In light of Mr. Hill’s October 13th email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
