Schult Town Clerk Town of Billerica 365 Boston Road Billerica, MA 01821 Dear Ms. Schult: I have received the petition of Dina Favreau appealing the response of the Town of Billerica (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 7, 2022, Ms. Favreau requested “[a] copy of all documents, disbursement records, recorded transfers, and communications to and from the ‘school department employee that claimed’ the [specified grant] ‘as a health grant’ for the school department to the Town Accountant’s office.” The Town responded on October 7, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Favreau petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2300, was opened as a result. In an email dated October 13, 2022, Ms. Favreau stated that “…a meeting took place with the entity involved today and this matter has been resolved.” Accordingly, per Ms. Favreau’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
