G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 21, 2022, Mr. Mackin requested documents regarding Spectra land purchase including “… all communications including exhibits and all responses between and among any or all council members and Mayor … regarding the communication by [named] Councilor.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Mackin petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR22/2314 and SPR22/2315, were opened as a result. These appeals are duplicative of the appeals closed on October 25, 2022. See SPR22/2282; SPR22/2284 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 25, 2022). Please refer to the determination in SPR22/2282 and SPR22/2284 for analysis of this matter. Accordingly, these administrative appeals are closed.
