City Solicitor City of Everett 484 Broadway Everett, MA 02149-3694 Dear Attorney Mejia: I have received the petition of Paula Sterite appealing the response of the City of Everett (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 7, 2022, Ms. Sterite requested, “…the phone records for [an identified person] during tonight’s SC meeting…” Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/2192 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 4, 2022). The City provided responses on September 22, 2022 and September 26, 2022. Ms. Sterite petitioned this office and the prior appeal, SPR22/2192, was opened. Subsequently, Ms. Sterite further appealed. This appeal is duplicative of the appeal closed on October 4, 2022 (See SPR22/2192). Please refer to the determination in SPR22/2192 for analysis of this matter. Accordingly, this administrative appeal is closed.
