Hill appealing the response of the Town of Norfolk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 28, 2022, Mr. Hill requested “[a]ny and all electronic communications (email and text messages) sent from and/or received by, any and all persons employed by, who volunteer for, or are in any way affiliated with, the Town … Senior Center.” Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/2290 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 13, 2022). The Town responded on October 13, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Hill petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2328, was opened as result. Subsequently I learned that Mr. Hill sent an email dated October 21, 2022, in which he stated, “[r]ecords sought under this appeal have been produced by the records custodian, whereby I withdraw appeal SPR22-2328 with appreciation to the records custodian and to the Supervisor of Records.” In light of Mr. Hill’s October 21st email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
