G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). As required by law, the Division furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c). On September 30, 2022, Attorney William Wilson, of Robinson & Cole, LLP, requested the “entire [p]roject file [and] [a]ll [d]couments and [c]ommunications [c]oncerning the entire [p]roject until completion” regarding an identified project. Concurrent with this petition, the Division provided Attorney Wilson with a fee estimate on October 17, 2022. In an email to the Division and this office on the same day, Attorney Wilson states that “[t]he check is in the mail.” In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the Division’s petition for permission to charge for time spent segregating or redacting responsive records.
