G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 30, 2022, Mr. Fahd requested, “…actual email, sent by ‘one of our MCGAC Board members’ that transmitted the anonymous document to the MCGAC chair.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Fahd petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2377, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. Fahd on October 20, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fahd has appealed the October 20th response which is in the process of being opened as a new appeal.
