See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 2, 2022, Mr. Stetson requested documents related to the ARPA Project Summary regarding construction projects in the Town and specifically requested “…proof of the status of each line [and] the actual cost, date of payment, and recipient of payment.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Stetson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2380, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Stetson with a response dated October 21, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Stetson has appealed the Town’s October 21st response which is in the process of being opened as a new appeal.
