G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 22, 2022, Ms. Santos Cruz requested an incident report for harassment. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Santos Cruz petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2388, was opened as a result. Subsequently, a representative of the Department provided a response on October 31, 2022 to Ms. Santos Cruz’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Santos Cruz may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
