See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 8, 2022, Mr. Quemere requested the following records: [1] The police department’s current use-of-force policies. [4] All data on use-of-force incidents that are stored by the department’s use-of-force tracking software. [5] All numerical/statistical reports that can be generated by the department’s use-of- force tracking software. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2409, was opened as a result.
