The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records November 14, 2022 SPR22/2470 John Robidoux Superintendent Swansea Public Schools One Gardners Neck Road Swansea, MA 02777 Dear Superintendent Robidoux: I have received the petition of Geraldine Mullaly appealing the response of the Swansea Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 5, 2022, Ms. Mullaly requested, “[t]he total amount of relief funding received from each source listed … breakdown of expenditures for each source, and [a]mount of funding remaining unspent for each account[.]” The School provided a response on September 6, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Mullaly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2470 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response on November 7, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s September 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mullaly may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s November 7th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Geraldine Mullaly One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
