See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 17, 2022, Ms. Buckley requested 11 categories of records regarding a named unit in the Office. Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR22/2057 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 21, 2022). SPR22/2057 was closed after the Office made this office aware that it intended on providing a further response to Ms. Buckley. On October 3, 2022, the Office provided the response to Ms. Buckley. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Ms. Buckley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2475, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Buckley’s request with a further response sent on November 8, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office October 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Buckley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s November 8th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
