G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 6, 2022, Ms. Corbeil-Crawford requested numerous records relating to investigations and budget items for the Palmer Public School District. The School responded on November 9, 2022, providing a fee estimate. Objecting to the fees, Ms. Corbeil-Crawford petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2560, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School responded to Ms. Corbeil-Crawford’s request with a further response sent on November 15, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s November 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Corbeil-Crawford may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
