G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 23, 2022, Mr. Herman requested, “[r]ecords of all the expenses [named individual] has incurred in his capacity as executive director of the Massachusetts Housing Partnership for the period October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.” The Partnership provided a response on November 7, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2581 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Partnership provided a further response on November 22, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Partnership’s November 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Partnership’s November 22nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
