G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 31, 2022, Mr. Fink requested numerous documents relating to town meeting minutes; documents concerning any allegations of misconduct by [named person]; documents relating to videos of a board of selectmen meeting; fob logs for the past three years for City Hall; documents filed by ZBA members and disclosures filed by [named person] in the past five years. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney Fink petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2642, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Attorney Fink on November 21, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Fink may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
