G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 29, 2022, Mr. Mason requested all dispatch reports, 911 calls, and radio transmissions related to the towing of two vehicles on a particular date. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2662, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response to Mr. Mason on November 22, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
