See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 27, 2022, Mr. Wood requested “… all email Communications between . . . and . . . on dates 9/1/22-10/20/22 with any of the keywords, ‘resign’, ‘conference’, ‘behavior’, ‘ADARA’, ‘NAD’ ” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2670, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Center provided Mr. Wood with a response dated November 12, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Center’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the Center’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
