Hill appealing the response of the Town of Norfolk (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 8, 2022, Mr. Hill requested “…copies of all official Town of Norfolk correspondence…during the period between January 12, 2021, and September 27, 2022, that contains notice of any kind, that town employees are required to obtain and/or read and/or comply with the terms published in the document titled: ‘Town of Norfolk Human Resources Employee Handbook…[.]’” The Town responded on November 8, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Hill petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2677, was opened as a result. In an email dated November 23, 2022, Mr. Hill stated that “[a]ppeal under Case number SPR22/2677 is hereby withdrawn[.]” Accordingly, per Mr. Hill’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
