See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 20, 2022, Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds requested: all emails from 2018 through the present sent by or to Belmont Public Schools and/or Town of Belmont employees, contractors, agents, consultants, attorneys or other person acting on their behalf that pertain, relate or refer to [an identified individual] or to [identified individuals]. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/1868 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 25, 2022). In my August 25th determination, I ordered the School to provide Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds with a response to their request. On August 31, 2022, the School responded. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2685, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School intends to provide a further response to Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds with said response, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. and Mrs. Edmonds may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
