See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 11, 2022, Ms. Wehtje requested “a copy of the invoice you are paying to [an identified company] showing this deduction.” On October 12, 2022, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Wehtje petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2726, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response dated November 28, 2022 to Ms. Wehtje. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s October 12th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Wehtje may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 28th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
