Iverson Records Access Officer City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Iversen: I have received the petition of Brian Petrini-Smith appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 18, 2022, Mr. Petrini-Smith requested, “… SY 2022-2023 school benchmark tracking for all FPS elementary schools.” On November 29, 2022, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Petrini-Smith petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2740, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Petrini-Smith’s request with a further response sent on November 30, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Petrini-Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 30th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
