Associate General Counsel Cannabis Control Commission Union Station 2 Washington Square Worcester, MA 01604 Dear Attorney DeAngelis: I have received the petition of Richard Ball, of the Teamsters Joint Council 10 New England, appealing the response of the Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 2, 2022, Mr. Ball requested the following records: 1. A list of individuals that the Commission has determined has met the established qualifications and minimum standards for employment by the Licensed Marijuana Establishment Treevit LLC … This request is limited to . . . only the full legal name of Registered Agents currently determined suitable by Commission for employment at Treevit LLC. 2. The total Number of Agent Registration Cards issued to agents employed by Treevit LLC … This request is limited to the total number of Agents currently determined suitable by the Commission for employment at Treevit LLC. The Commission responded on September 9, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Ball petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2752, was opened as a result.
