G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 17, 2022, Mr. Vilela requested various records related to renovations for the Cohasset Town Hall. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Vilela petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2821, was opened as a result. Subsequently, a representative of the Town provided a response on December 9, 2022 to Mr. Vilela’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Vilela may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
