See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 21, 2022, Mr. King requested “any Weekly [Spending] Warrant approved from 11-2- 22 through 11-15-22.” On December 7, 2022, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. King petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2841, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on December 16, 2022 to Mr. King. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. King may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s December 16th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
