See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 18, 2022, Attorney Kaplan requested “information about the Commonwealth’s PASRR program and individuals receiving specialized services from the Department of Mental Health or the Department of Developmental Services.” Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/2149 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 29, 2022.) In my September 29th determination, I ordered the Office to provide Attorney Kaplan with a response to her request. On October 18, 2022, the Office responded. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Attorney Kaplan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2864, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office intends to provide a further response to Attorney Kaplan.
