G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 29, 2022, Mr. Forcier requested, “…any communications (oral, telephonic, digital) dealing with the appointment of [a named individual] to the South Hadley Finance Committee.” The Department responded on December 5, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Forcier petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2871, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response on December 15, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s December 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
