G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 15, 2022, Ms. Belenkiy requested, “… contracts, statements of work, invoices, or records of money paid to Novak Education…” The School provided a response on December 16, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Belenkiy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2882, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response on December 23, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s December 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Belenkiy may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s December 23rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
