G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 2, 2022, Mr. Souza requested the contracts, applications and verifications the City has with [an identified towing company]. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Souza petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2888, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response to Mr. Souza on December 20, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Souza may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
