Herman appealing the response of the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (Agency) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 9, 2022, Mr. Herman requested the following records for the period January 1, 2022 to the present: … copies of any and all communications related to Mass Development [identified person] being considered for a contract extension and/or an increase in salary. The Agency provided a response on December 29, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2968, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Agency provided Mr. Herman with a further response dated January 3, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Agency’s December 29, 2022 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
