Herman appealing the response of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 30, 2022, Mr. Herman requested “…the Phase II(b) report of the investigation of the Mission Hill School.” The City responded on December 27, 2022. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0003, was opened as a response. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Herman with a further response dated December 30, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s December 27, 2022 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
