G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 30, 2022, the requestor sought all communications and documents regarding the potential or actual resignations of any employee or any appointee during the months of August through December of 2022. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0102, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a representative from the Department intends on providing a written response to the requestor. Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide the requestor with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten (10) business days. A copy of the response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
