[4] Any incident report(s) on file or IMS regarding the above search of [identified] cell on 12/14/22 and 12/15/22. [5] Any other document, logbooks, memos, etc., written regarding the search of [identified] cell on 12/14/22 and 12/15/22. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Cantell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0110, was opened as a result. In a correspondence dated January 10, 2023, Mr. Cantrell informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal.
