Assistant General Counsel Records Access Officer Boston Public Health Commission 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Boston, MA 02118 Dear Attorney Robles: I have received the petition of Jacob Isaacs appealing the response of the Boston Public Health Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 26, 2022, Mr. Isaacs requested “… a list of any calls for service which took greater than 30 minutes to get to or to be dispatched [and] [r]esponse times by month for EMS workers over the past 5 years.” The Commission provided a response on December 2, 2022, Unsatisfied with the Commission’s response, Mr. Isaacs petitioned this office and SPR23/0124, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided a further response on February 2, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s December 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Isaacs may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s February 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
