See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2023 Mr. Carter requested “…a spreadsheet listing the owner, co-owner, street address and mailing address for all single family and condo properties in the [Town].” In a January 31, 2023 email, Mr. Carter informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Carter’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
