G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 21, 2022, Ms. Gangadharan requested a copy of a specified police report. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR23/0099 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 27, 2023). The Department provided a response on February 6, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Gangadharan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0224, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Gangadharan with a further response dated February 8, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s February 6, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Gangadharan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s February 6, 2023 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
