See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 24, 2023, Mr. Magnarelli requested numerous records regarding an identified person entering a named public school. On February 6, 2023, the School provided a response. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Magnarelli petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0237, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School responded to Mr. Magnarelli’s request with a further response sent on February 13, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s February 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
