G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 25, 2022, Mr. Smith requested, “...a complete copy of the 270-day Temporary Waiver package for [named individuals]…” The Committee provided responses on March 28, 2022 and February 21, 2023. Unsatisfied with the responses, Mr. Smith petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR23/0368, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Committee provided a further response on March 8, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Committee’s March 28, 2022 and February 21, 2023 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the Committee’s March 8, 2023 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
